As part of RAIN Source Capital’s RAIN Fund Network, we are able to share prospective deals with the entire network to collectively raise a good portion or all of the capital that a growing company needs. The RAIN Fund Network is a multi-state network of RAIN funds that works with angel investors who are interested in supporting growing companies. RAIN Source Capital helps bring together like-minded angel investors to form individual RAIN funds, like 3C Capital, and then provides these funds with capital, a process for due diligence, legal templates, management support, access to deal flow and other resources.
